Hello.
I am looking for my father, an HD camcorder for Christmas in the price range to about 350 ¬. My father is an amateur filmmaker (parties, holidays in the mountains, etc.), so it has no professional standards.
Since my father is no longer the youngest is a bit rough and some motor, it would be nice if the camcorder is not to serve "fiddly". This does not mean that the camcorder with a senior citizen is 2cm big buttons. But close together mm buttons were not so great.
Again briefly summarizes the other things that I thought to myself:
- Good image quality for the price segment
- Celebrations for recording it would not be bad if we reasonably synonymous to film in low light
- Reasonable build quality, no cheap junk, should be robust

Hi,
although this question was already answered a thousand times here, I will discuss shortly anyway.
If the question is asked in January 2011, the answer is a bit harder, since until presented to the SDX 1, the successor models, and it is possible synonymous, the Canon again runs up to its former strength (the with the HFR have models rather disappointed).

Three questions yet:
1. What I understand, the main advantage of the SD is 66 compared with the CX 115, that an ordinary optical image stabilization is available? That would be reason to buy a co-decision as just shooting in the mountains when you get close to something, anything less would be blurred (I think as a layman at least).
2. I read something that SDHC cards (hot yet the storage medium for the camcorder?) In different classes are (Class 1, 2, etc.). Must I pay attention to anything because if I mitkaufe one?
3. Is it the camcorders otherwise large differences in costs (storage medium seem to be 66 and not 115 CX included and NEN second battery I would like to now synonymous with the SD)?
