Infoseite // Asking for help with the purchase advice

Frage von Stelzi:

Hello,

So, as one can see this is my first post in this forum (that helped me many times by pure reading a lot!). Just come to me: My name is Michael, I'm 22, from Leoben (Styria (Austria)) and have communications and computer technicians (formerly called the Radio and Television Technicians times but was solls ...).
I am shooting for almost 10 years, then come in "Video Team" of our school at the time the equipment consisted of an XL1, a Casablanca Kron and 4 Panasonic VCRs, when I recite the old XL1 gabs another XM2, 20 PC workstations with Adobe Premiere and a lot more.
In these 6 years I had quite a bit of a passionate woman ORF camera which we managed to learn and retain synonymous. Today, I'm (almost) everything what I'm asked. Contributions to regional stations, smaller reports, records of theater, musicals, dance performances, etc. So, practically everything.
Now it has been revealed so that I could borrow one webcam always somewhere (synonymous with my old school or a private entrepreneur here) in the vicinity, but in the long run, this situation is tiring and stressful if you ask for every little thing and always to beg in order to borrow equipment.
For this reason, I would now like to collect me begin my own equipment, and to begin to make the camera of course, for Tripod, Head Light, etc. I easily get of my old school. I was able to experience up to now on the XL1, XL2, and especially in the last year on the Sony FX1 and EX1, of course, synonymous to many small Handycams, etc. but ... naja ...
And this is where the point is s.dem I ask for your help!

My budget currently provides about 1000 ¬ (+ -) before. What would you advise me in the segment (Used In any case, because for one thing I'm not a fan of memory cards and DVD camcorders, and a weight of 250g for me would be at most a basic hands off of it). Also I would be very interested once more experience with shoulder cameras to make (I had time for one 10min JVC GY DV 500 (or something like that), but in that short time I could get them absolutely no picture.

So, I hope that's enough as initial information about your expertise with stuffed heads bring to work ;-)

I thank you now for the support and look forward to many tips and advice!

MfG Michael

Now this is a severe, because an easy decision ;-)

For now, in a nutshell: You've been working primarily with larger (prosumer) cameras and experience.
You want something in the way you buy. Why do you need? 'Of course, new prosumer camcorder to 1000 euros gibts not.
But I fear synonymous not needed for this price. Not even with a slight premium.

DVD camcorders come right away, memory cards, according to your ideas synonymous. Hard disk - is synonymous nothing Prosumerbereich.

But it must be prosumer? How about with Canon HV-20/30/40 / to get started?
The HV-20, I'm synonymous. However, in addition to my XH-A1.

Of course, limited in the manual setting that you're probably used to. However, the HV-20 can be fooled some of them very beautiful.
If you want to know more about it, ask.

True shoulder cameras, of course, again only to look at.

The Canon HV-mentioned models are to meet your price expectations (even when buying new). With cassettes models otherwise found only sparingly in Sonywas too.

Thanks for the tips!

How to resign at the AGM-20 siehts generally made with a manual focus, which is likely to operate only via the touch screen I suppose, but to me I'll probably have to ...

What is really the general opinion bzg. the SonyHVR-HD1000? As far as I've read reports that is not much more than a small camcorder in the big housing ... Budget is not the problem that is growing on average by about 200-300 per month, depending on how I'm under control ;-)

The problem is that I'm always with the smaller devices to handle, with the low weight, I have the feeling to have nothing in their hands ... stop is synonymous matter of getting used to the larger devices, with whom I've worked until now ...

Well, thank you for the time being anyway, and I hope to be able to discuss next ;-)

HV-20 has never heard of a touch screen. This amounts to almost everything using a joystick, sometimes synonymous a bit fiddly.

The manual focus is activated via a button off and> then use a thumbwheel. Actually an imposition.

Here's a look at this DIY-Note (delicious, actually probably synonymous, but for serious use?)

There, the click of given me links.

Then you should if you really interested in this camera, sometimes these Also, of course, the good the rest of the threads there is also worth reading.

What the SonyHVR-HD1000 is concerned, you've probably read it right. You have been working with cameras of larger caliber.

With threads, support, counselors, etc. to AGM-20 you are here and elsewhere almost killed. The camera is actually now considered classics.

But today, buy a camera to tape with the work?
As I said, I'm working still extremely happy with it, but now stood at a camera in my new purchase, I would seriously steer in the direction of my map idea.

So, now you are standing in the rain again :-)
No worry, we'll pack the know ...

But tell me, just as you come over here, did you read it you probably already a little?
