hallo zusammen
I would like the following effect in a production-use:
an audio track should be slowed so that it is as sound as if the sound of music and this record come slowly by hand to be braked to a complete standstill.
basically is a speedramp for audio tracks. is something with premiere pro (I have still the old 1.5er) possible? Alternatively, can I still afx6.5 and audacity are available.

I just know that you are in Premiere 1.5 for video Speedramp not make it. I therefore believe that it is not audio.
