So I did as a stream of DVB satellite recorded.
Know Virtualdub and knows how to incorporate it into Divx format converts only ...
1. How and with what program can I pass a multi-car Divx conversion (eg 4-pass), so you do not pass after each must click again?

Well, you seem quite Vdub but all the functions of Vdub but not to know ...
In Vdub (mod) /-Mpeg2
1) movie download
2) Edit
3) encoder for 1 Passage set
4) Save as (F7), but important here: select "Do not run this job now, add it to job control so I can run it in batch mode"
5) adjust encoder for 2nd Passage, next as described below 4 (which you can then still with as many passes to make)
6) If required, other (s) film (s) and edit
If your calculator, for example at night has nothing to do, Vdub open, File-> Job Control (F4) and select the "Jobs" executed.
Joining should you put your files with DVB-DGindex (http://neuron2.net/dgmpgdec/dgmpgdec.html) can, in these demuxed and possible errors that a video / audio misalignment can cause abolished.
