What cameras can film with frames?
The Resolutionist not quite so important.
More importantly, would be that they are synonymous with short exposure times, yet is reasonably light Stark.
with 25p, there is a whole series of cameras I think.
Which while since recommended?
50p is the exception rather not it?
The Panasonic HVX 200 can believe me. Are there better alternatives?
Are there any cameras that may be synonymous 100 frames / s recording?

Each camera, the 50 fields per second recording, has seen a dual slow motion with the same installed. If you are "with 50% speed" and "De-Interlace" ausgibst, you have 50 frames (the missing lines are interpolated only naturally, but you said yes: Resolutionist not so important).

A very effective, but relatively faint, option would be to JVC PD1 - which can be 50p, but not playing in the league of the HVX200.
A current, synonymous but expensive solution would be to JVC HD200/201 - which can HDV1 in true 50p.
