Hello,
I have the following problem.
When connecting my Canon HG20 camcorder the message comes
Failed connection recommended, depending on the driver software
. Search In Windows Vista, no drivers and is found on
Beilig Drivers CD as not. The same result with the CD `s, ImageMixer and Solution Disk, which were in the HG20 it.
The search on Google proved fruitless.
About the Camera Control Panel appears, but with one
yellow exclamation mark.
In Explorer, the camera is not displayed.
The display of the camera only a flashing USB icon is displayed.
Maybe someone knows the problem and has a Driver or a tip.

Have solved the problem.
Drivers are not required. When the action should be less than
USB settings, the connection setting to be changed.
DVD Burner is the factory setting and must be changed to PC
will. Thereafter, the cam is instantly recognized.
