Hello,

I have a big problem, and although my favorite shows on the XL1 S-Video and composite outputs color no more. 've Checked whether it s.Television / TV card, but occurs on s.jeder Combi.
Connect my XL1 via FireWire with Premiere Pro or another program, it is a color to see. Is it s.den outputs? Please help me ...

Hello Chris,

if only SY / C Output Color no longer to be seen would have been if I had a defective cable typed. The failures of the s.Compositeausgang color and the color s.der DV interface is not a good sign. Since a remote diagnosis is usually impossible, I would have the camcorder to provide service - if you have the analog color output need.

There are lots of authorized service centers and because I'm not so sure what it should be. Whether or not a Free Service with the other experience that would be better.
