I have a video that is probably in NTSC. Hee hee! But now I want to remove the combs, because the disturb! Hee hee! Have you any idea how to deal with is the element? The program is not a filter, which you simply over skin. I probably need to change what s.fps or so. But what exactly had really tried everything. If NTSC is to be more complicated than that again in PAL, but you know it much better. Hee hee! So writeth.
