Hello,
have lots of Video8-tapes, with family, holidays and so. But the Camera (blue dot) is defective.
So hab 'ich mir' ne SonyDCR-TRV 140 E concerned with Firewire-4/6-Kabel and the whole s.den PC. Behold, the PC has recognized the camera and you can, using the keyboard to control the Camera. Only the recorded Video8-tapes are being moved, but you can see, both in viewfinders, as synonymous to the display, nothing.
Have searched the entire Internet and found no indication what might be the cause.
Can someone help me?

Review for safety again in the manual, but the TRV140 is with 99% probability of a Digital8 camcorder, the synonymous only play this format. With analog tapes recorded nothing he can then begin.
