I have finally a very simple menu built where only a few text boxes appear to select individual clips. Here I wanted but the text between them which, they are always the same distance from each other. I have unfortunately not found with the function I can reach.
Has anyone any idea how to get something fast and accurate can make?
Ich hab mir then finally with a small box beholfen that I as a measure of the gaps had taken, but that can not be the best method? 1

You can be your menu in Photoshop (or similar) to build. There is the Fuktion "to orient". This works out exactly what you are looking for!
