Basically, Yes. It applies the KUG. It was written here a lot about it.
In adults, one can evaluate my opinion, the mere active participation s.den shots even as a consent. In children and adolescents of parental consent is necessary.
Regulated is "The right s.eigenen Picture" in § 22 KUG, synonymous for executing the exceptions permits, which are niedegelegt in § 23.
