Infoseite // Date and time as subtitles - simple software?

Frage von relloem:

Hello,
I try since several days my DV tapes to DVD to play. The many forum posts have been very helpful, but ...

I will play first on hard drive,
then read the Datecode Datecode with DV-out
Sup convert the files into sub-files
make out with Tempgenc avi DVD-compatible files (video and sound separately) and
then do everything with Ifo Edit together.

The result:
If it works the subtitles are green, and above all, they disappear after some time, so they are only in the first minutes of the DVD - there is also "English".

Is there not a tool with which one an AVI file directly to a DVD with subtitles vernünftigte can convert and possibly set synonymous still like the subtitles should be formatted? Or what am I doing wrong.
2. Question: I can understand the data is with Nero burn, but no menu to add! What am I doing this wrong?

Thanks for info!

Ulead DVD Power Tools allows you to capture, cutting (not editing) of AVIs, adding and editing of selectable subtitles and languages. Menus power, converts your AVI to MPEG and burn DVD.
You can separate subtitle synonymous with Subtitle Workshop to edit.

Antwort von Gast1:

No, the sub-text must be formatted as a *. txt file available, then previously read out.
Direct deals with supposedly 2nd Premiere Pro
Both programs are available as a 14-day Trial.

The issue has already been frequently discussed. Search times with "Time Code".
