No, You're lying are not wrong, if you get the first error (see above) korrigierst.

But perhaps you have another chance synonymous.

Write a look at which properties in this way with resulting MPEG file, so resolution, data rate, etc.

Hi8 material content is by far not as good as DV it can not change. So if the back is not more than VHS quality raußkommt then you have to accept it.

It lights me, which is clearly a Firewire USB interface is superior. The Hi8 machine is owned by a friend, for the material I will burn to DVD. I myself have a Mini-DV camcorder with Firewire port and there is the dubbing to DVD or hard drive without any form of loss of quality possible. (BTW: There zickt the USB port synonymous).
What would a "reasonable" A / D converter? Are there any recommendations?

Among the properties file:
The data I have as an AVI video saved as MPG is even worse.
Picture: Width 352 pixel, Height 288 pixels
Audio: Bitrate 1536 kbit / s; Abtastgröße 16-bit, PCM audio format
Video: Frame rate 25 frames / s, data rate 274 kbit / s;
Size of the video file is 24 bit, Video Compression PVMJPG

I am already aware that Hi8 not s.die quality of digital media can reach. But to me it would be enough if the quality of digitalisation after nearly Hi8 quality. It does but by far not.

Another question s.die experts:
Is the whole thing so maybe around where one of eg Hi8 Mini-DV dub then sends to the PC? Would that maybe a possibility? Can a mini-DV camcorders all about?

A decent A / D converter creates das But yes, he is finally there. ;-)

Yes, some (but not all) MiniDV camcorder das can look to see if your camcorder has analog inputs.

What strikes me so is the image format and the data rate,

Analog material requires much higher data rates than Digital
under 6 MB and full Picture (720x576), there is usually nothing to do.

Eva's has said. With this set of data Resolutionund the only scrap metal comes out. I do not know if the USB connector of this box or your computer more hergeben. Last Chance without new investment:

Try it with "DVD Settings", ie that which Eve proposes.

first thanks for the replies.
Unfortunately, the camera has no Firewire port, which would have been.
I will know in times to ask if I was somewhere a Digital8 can borrow.
Otherwise I will have to try next, if I have it on this path (with the Dazzle) nor right.
