I would like to apply certain VideoFX only to certain parts of the video.
So that eg the upper half of the frame black and white and the other green / Money. How do I do that? As I say Vegas, it will apply an effect only on a specific part of the frame size?
Is simply designed, I'm just too stupid ....

Sorry, my editing system. But perhaps helps following reasoning next:
You take off the same clip in two tracks. one clip is colored according to variant 1 a), the second on version 2) In addition to the top clip (depending on the logic of the editing program) a 2-D effect, which means causes the image crop (on my Liquid Effect of cropping).

I've solved this yet ... but is synonymous, however, relatively complicated ... even in Internet Explorer you can simply pull with the mouse a crossword ... something must somehow synonymous go to Vegas ....

But at least you can make the Effect and do not think so complicated.

The clip into two tracks over each other - on the oberrn the Clip Effect Cookie Cutter apply with the appropriate shape, size and position and then the gewünschtenn alienation effect.
