I'm on the search for a program with which I manage such effects as in New Moon. I just need the function in which one makes the whole video so dark it looks really creepy.
Would be glad if you can help me next.

Take the opacity out - save the project from PNG with transparency ** **

PS: and please next time say what so seconds of 00:30 to 00:40 minutes in a youtube clip you mean by that is synonymous know what you're up!

AE Colorista or even Magic Bullet Looks is a plug-in which only cost a lot more than 100 ¬
Do you have DV editing Progi garkeine then you Besøg Magix Video Deluxe or Pinnacle
It is what some synonymous Color change and as I said, the trick with GIMP and masks, not so wrong that should work well.
