Hello,

I wanted to do with a thing to be sure before I import my material.

A colleague of me says he uses a special program (Cineform) to capture on the PC and there is already pre-de-interlacing, because the full-filmed material in Premiere CS3 allegedly fields in the program itself is processed. The question is this true and
the problem would be synonymous with Final Cut Pro on the Mac is the case?

The HDV 1080-25p material SonyV1 is actually 1080 50i, which, however, both fields at the same time were recorded. This prevents the famous Kammartefakte.

If I shoot 25p in 1080, I prefer the 1080 25p timeline with ProRes422 codec. The following test clips are created:

I now have the full recording all times captured on Recommendation 1080 with P25 setting. I hope that goes well.

No.. That you have misunderstood. You are nowhere written that you are working with HDV, but it's like Powermac scubavideo1 and write: HDV1080 is for Final Cut Pro HDV just as you should be synonymous capture, and only in the timeline (sequence settings), the " p "appears. You can then choose whether or not the setting for HDV (> HDV 1080p25) to remain or ProRes (what with the frames themselves to do nothing, but with the overall quality).
