I'm looking for Sonyhc7 and have in some shops
an EU version and A GERMAN version seen at different prices, there is a general difference?

If YES, what you should be in Germany to most?

Just as it is. I think the subdivision of the linked web questionable, especially as a gray to almost EUR 1,000 purchase price is not synonymous only 13.23 EUR would be cheaper.
