after I created with the SonyFX1 on vacation a few shots in HD, would like to create a DVD of. After I have converted the recordings to MPEG-2, to my regret, I had to find the s.schärfe the Picture (Movie) and has lost brilliance. Not only because the Resolutionjetzt is less, by the special shrink.
Personally, I work with DVD Studio Pro and Final Cut Pro.
The bit rate of MPEG-2 was set at 6.5 kbps.
How do I get a better picture. Does anyone know a program that converts HD-movies in a good PAL format?

I've got a couple of times attempts made with Canopus EDIUS Pro 3, the results were very good!

With what you're counting on down? Compressor 2?
