Infoseite // HF10 and FinalCut

Frage von robm138:

Hi, I have the HF10 and FinalCut Pro6. If I use the camera's internal memory s.den wish Mac (via USB), it takes very very long time, until the memory is read out - and then the data s.den Mac and select to be transferred. To transfer, I use FinalCut, because the supplied software is not Mac-compatible. Mir is already clear that because some data in FullHD come together, but it really takes hours, until the memory is displayed. Is it faster to an external SDHC and then fetch the data via an external reader to read? Or have you given other experiences?

I look forward to your answers!

This is synonymous one reason why HF 100 with multiple cards is cheaper & wiser.

Even with good reflex digital cameras could be about "only" 7-8 MB / sec rausgeben if one with the Camera has dubbed. Faster cards made no sense as synonymous, because some of the speed cameras ausbremsen.

Good would be - a fast UDMA card and buy a fast card, I hope you have a Class 6 SD / HC card since.

If there is an Ultra II or Class 4 card is &, then brings you a faster card synonymous nothing.

Although cameras have a USB 2.0 HS port, enter their data but much more slowly out. I would in any case, a card test synonymous because the current question is answered as easily as the USB supply.

Achso - most card readers write nothing about Mac compatibility - but most do.

Hello,

my tip about this: SanDisk Extreme USB 2.0 Reader. The synonymous s.Mac runs and is really fixed, at least with my Sandisk Class6 cards.

Gruß, Oliver.
