Hello,
I want my soon to purchase a HD camcorder and have fluctuated between the HV30 and the HF100.
Times I've read somewhere that the HV30 only takes 1080i and then extrapolate that to 1080p. Is that so? The HF100 is so synonymous as far as I know right format ie 1920 to 1080p.
From listening to you and yes, that many still swear HDV. How would because of the difference in image quality mentioned cameras felt?

recorded. If these fields but only 25 phases, the result is 25 frames.
Something else is the restriction of HDV at 1080 x 1440 pixels. The HF100 has since been on the chip. Whether these pixels synonymous can see, is another question. It flies so synonymous anywhere a mobile phone with 4 mega pixels around, but for the holidays, it would still hernehmen None. As you wait to test reports or - even better - make your own comparisons.

The HF100 and HV30, both FullHD (1920x1080) chips. Just come to the HV30 do is 1440x1080 (HDV) on tape. If you then 25p using these 25 are also in full 1080i stream output.
