With a camcorder you come almost to the look. Best you can reach with a SLR à la the Canon 550 or the like, open your Aperture to the depth of field is as close as possible and play with the Focus.

Looks like VDSLR or 35mm adapter.
Reaching effect because you do where you do everything wrong thing to note bzgl sharpness Drawing / focusierung ;-)
Optics Which was hard to say - could be 50mm.
