included in the software Control everything was ok, when playing I have only artifacts, causing distortion of the grossest kind, if I use a Reinigungstape, everything seems worse (eg, no more sound. There are other tapes SonyDVpremium) Old Tapes run properly.
What can I do to save the footage? Does anyone in Berlin an "emergency service", anyone who can help me? Is it really important wrong!!

Hi Ralf,
I would have guessed a dirty head drum and times you would recommend to do a manual cleaning. A cleaning tape can help with such things only partially. Hopefully, the camcorder at the time of recording is still clean enough ...
