mas sag mal so, the central column is not the weak point, the lower leg section are the weak point, which for totter are responsible, and if the head is not strong enough schwenkeinstellschrraube is on.

I do not wobble. we must not make the mistake, and the grobjustierschrauben to set the proper use. otherwise the head wobbles. with the wheel (feinjustierschrauben) you can set the proper buttery soft.
for oscillating the legs move about 1mm (if any) into the swivel with the direction. spreads the legs far enough apart, there are no problems;).
