Infoseite // Media Player does not work

Hello

I have a Vaio VGM-a717m and have Quick Time and Divx downloaded, now I can keien DVD or watch online TV more. While audio but no picture more. Neither with Dvix, Media Player11, Nero, RealPlayer .. everywhere only sound. Weiss someone what I've done wrong?

Hello!
Are only in QuickTime. Mov files cataloged, or any other synonymous?
All other tick off & then it should work again!

I have two quick times programs a program called quick time and is called a quick time the 32nd Can I delete these synonymous so my other player work again?
