As filmtechnisch not very Bewandeter aim for equal quality to want to find television very courageous.
The built-in microphones of the Z1 are s.sich good, but stop just taking the sound in the vicinity of the camera on themselves. A directional microphone was already there, however, recommend or s.Ort separate recordings of the event itself as a Dat recorder, etc. Can be cut on average without any problems in addition to or alternatively to the camera-O-Sound.

Hello,

Video Journalists usually have a directional microphone (Sennheiser ME66 with spiders and such) Windshield or / and one microphone with radio link (transmitter and receiver) in use. The question is, what budget do you have for the sound?

Since the Z1 offers via XLR connections for professional microphones, I would use the synonymous. This has usden advantage that no additional equipment needs to carry around, the sound of the beginning is taken to match the picture and thus it has less work in the postpro synonymous.

Hello,

The ME66's okay, if a synonymous MKH 416 or MKH 60 are beautiful.
Depending on what you have right in front of, and synonymous with how many people their way since, of course, hurts one SQN and ne clever Tonangel never.

When are lavalier TRAM TR-50 is recommended. Regardless whether cable or radio.

Hello namesake

we are a community and as it falls on course, if you exactly the same question again a few days after your first (place, I moved into this discussion).

Did not you get the desired answers? Then simply ask for in the current discussion. This has the advantage that does not even give the respondents the same tips ...

We have the HVR-Z1E synonymous and need an external directional microphone. But since we can take for various reasons only one of AKG Micro I had the question: What product can we use and whether the camera has a real 48V phantom power? 'm Already herumgesurft one hours and could not get a satisfactory response

Thank you

IMO, they die. Sonyschreibt anything but synonymous in the manual. Although it a bit absurd, but so is Sonynunmal. ;-)

There is such a page called gugel. Then you can enter search terms and thus the Internet! For example, "phantom power, and Z1. I have researched it in 5 seconds if the Z1 has phantom power.
