For licenses for music is so often distinguished whether the cuts may be edited or not.
The videos are so often used snippets of Music.
Is that a processing for the purposes of such licensing synonymous when the played excerpts are not processed next?
or is an alteration of the volume as synonymous already editing?
Could one's otherwise s.Stellen where the music is not needed simply be rotated quieter.
