Hi,
I bought, although last year a HDR-XR520, with a fantastic Resolutionim Comparison to 100E, but I can not tell me really make friends with them (the brand new PC with Windows 7 seems to have its problems with AVCHD recording (or but the software: Premiere Elements 8, Magix Video de Luxe 16 test version), plus I find the tapes as storage media practical and last but not least I have a lot of tapes that I've played with the 100E.
In short, I have the 100E s.den new PC connected, but wants nothing to do with her have, with my laptop with XP that has no problems.
Why is that?

Capture the AVI s with the Lap (XP) ... pull them on the Win7 machine.
Will probably be s.einfachsten.
Capture Is no preference s.welchem PC / Lap 1:1 so what, power supply s.den Lap and well ;-))

Ai craft can indeed still in Zukumpft, let say Firewire port and new deinstalieren recognize win7 version for XP to start what I know .... I would not be that way with torches un the good old XP capture ;-))

I now Premiere Pro 7 (or had closed 1.5), I have noticed that Win7 seems to recognize the camera anyway, for there is a window that says that a digital video camera was recognized and there are several ways to share, aufzunehmnen, uswith Premiere Pro and Premiere Elements add!
If I then click on the element P., and media of the program will retrieve the camera, then I get the message that there was no camera connected!
So it seems anyway s.Win7 may not lie, but what else?
However, when I pull the cable out again, and put my back to get to this window, then nothing happens, so that the camera was apparently no longer be detected.

Premiere Pro 7 or 1.5 are not only restricted or Windows 7 compatible.

Win7 will thus have three firewire driver. Where can I find?
In the Device Manager (or something like that: my win is in frz.), I find one: OHCI1394.
