I would have expected more. But it seems at the moment for Apple to become the norm (; MacBook Pros, MacPros ,...).
BluRay was long overdue! Nevertheless, there's no Mac with the appropriate player / burner - there's even one party software except VLC, with which one can play BluRays on the Mac?
300, - I find quite a lot for this update of Final Cut Studio 2 to 3
Wait and see if it's for the snow cat some speed improvements keep in reserve.
What can hope for is DVD Studio Pro 4 - maybe there's still some time an iDVD with BluRay support. It would be nice! My clients want to remain a DVD and BluRay soon, there was iDVD's great for quick, cost-effective playout.
Otherwise, Adobe Encore CS4 is probably superior to the new version much synonymous. Too bad!

I ask myself synonymous. I just got chosen last week for the HMC 151, unfortunately, synonymous with respect to the new FCS3 and the presumed native AVCHD support. When AVCHD would be implemented, Apple would surely mention it!? Hope you can still, otherwise it probably will be CS4.

Compressor supports Blu-ray, DVD Studio not only just. Thus should only be offered the same opportunities, offering the toast already. However, at the prices Sonyfür the authoring license increases, I do not know if I would give Apple as the guilt .....

Because synonymous no question in this version of "grand central" is synonymous, it may be good that it is still 10.6 and a modified version of Final Cut Pro is intended for the Calculator, where 10.6 is not running.
AVCHD will run without grand central support ...
That this is a public version is synonymous indicates that the fix is apparently synonymous for older versions of the update, (; not only FCP6 updates) ..
Should it be so, of course, is the 10.6 version nor the possibility (: what makes sense, synonymous), only the Gop format of AVC support to ... Let's schau'n.

But at least it is now synonymous supports the alpha channel in 4:4:4:4 and hopefully is synonymous finally consistently 10-bit capable.
The color-round-trip is supposed to work better now.

So much more than a bunch of bug fixes, it's not really ... and a catch-up to what other Programs may already synonymous.

Too bad it's just always been that the German Apple ® represent the conversion rate. /. ¬ still provides 1:1 and so the German users still strong views reaches into his pocket.

Ok so it looks like we will provisionally continue to convert to ProRes AVCHD, but the transcoding now seems to be very fast. Still a shame.

As we hear in Quicktime Snow Leopard but can then play back the AVCHD transport streams, that sounds at times been quite good.

I recently saw one on Vimeo Comparison of AVCHD to ProRes HQ and Canopus. ProRes seems to make the look pretty dull, while Canopus HQ can rauszuholen everything and delivers a significantly better picture ... Thus, it seems advisable to walk site is available in HQ, where FCS can handle it. Have you already gained that experience? 'd Interest me very much.

Unfortunately ProRess base and has a DWT is somewhat problematic, and has the typical "plasticizers" are typical of a DWT, and are therefore material from a DCT-optimal because ... especially not if it is then converted again into a ProRes DCT format back .... And ProRess is not exactly a transfer format.
In this respect, the observation is good, but it just brings nothing, initially on a different format to go if it then goes into a DWT ....
Only in very quiet shooting a DWT to see better. But alas, if the picture is moved ... Then the temporal filtering and propose departs the Picture on ... but some people like this Hamilton-look natural.

These comparisons are IMO utter rubbish and totally distorted. I transcodes AVCHD footage to ProRes both as synonymous for "uncompressed" and the visual result is the same. Only in the color histograms can be seen minimal variations, which leads to such dratischen no differences in quality. ProRes codec is an absolute pro with a peak performance in Final Cut Pro, and if the colors or the Picture for a simple conversion would suffer so, then the codec would be utterly useless, and that would surely have noticed by now.

"WoWu" wrote: Unfortunately ProRess base and has a DWT is somewhat problematic, and has the typical "plasticizers" are typical of a DWT, and are therefore material from a DCT-optimal because
Incorrect. I always thought synonymous ProRes is a wavelet-based codec, but it is not so, ProRes synonymous based on DCT.

hm, och pity. I had hoped that with the update, put the whole package on a new footing. Newer usability, all packets (in a program, or a surface integrated), etc.

Well, so is it a nice feature but unfortunately not the hoped-Cracker.

The synonymous, I thought that color, such as Adobe Audition into the look and feel of Final Cut Pro will be integrated.
Thus an update does not seem to be unconditional. Too bad, if it so happens that one monita seen skipping a version, and then at the same price of 2 to 4 at some point (and we hope we soon moves) an update.
