I intend to self-burned DVD in PAL, the U.S. send. European PAL DVD players can indeed be interpreted as it is with Ami players? Can see the PAL? If not with what program you could convert a DVD? Thank you very much!

With the greatest probability of you can not play in the U.S.. Player to Ntsc and Pal can be extremely rare in the Ntsc regions.
I think you should Tmpenc with a transformation of Ntsc unravel in Pal.

Can imagine that for the South American market (PAL-M/PAL-N)
some models are available.
I live in BR and I've ne Phillips bought US-Import.
The German comes with clearly synonymous with home-burned DVDs.
A bigger problem will be found to be a TV set that with the output of the PAL-DVD player is clear.

The problem is that to play the Dvd Player Pal NTSC or not convert. Thus a PAL video as a PAL TV in s.and can thus do nothing. The only 100% solution is to convert and go to number secure.
