Hello,
yes I did last week SonyPMW EX3 gegönnt and yesterday for the first time found the time to test them out! What struck me is? Even if I use the zoom, etc on "manual" one telle, one hears all the time which the camera works ... s.wie almost sounds like a Geiger counter and the zoom is synonymous clear and clearly on the recording to be heard! Sure, it was in the bedroom, in the evening and everything else was "calm" of the neighborhood, but ... when I consider a silent scene in a church for example, to film, it's definitely very annoying and not satisfactory for me! Now my question ... is this normal or should I do with my dealer over?

That depends entirely of the sounds from.
I recommend you sometime All functions (aperture, zoom, focus) set to manual, in order to really zoom in as the root of the evil to be determined, and then on the new results to report.
I have the EX, but if I s.das engine noise of an EB-Optics think she is certainly much more quietly;)

Then sound on automatic channel completely torn up, and each
Handle noise s.der Camera sounds s.wie an earthquake.

Remedy:
Manually reducing the level camera and with light sounds live

I think he already said the noise the camera makes .... - Then you still synonymous on the recording is true.
So quite interesting to find out why.
I hope times he keeps us up to date.
Otherwise you have right of course regarding sturgeon Camera and microphone noise.
Although the recording of flash cameras are not just so the case should be.
