Hi,
I will rotate with Ner SonyEX1 from green and it need a 4:2:2 sampling.
The proven Nano flash recorder in the rental cost me twice as nice this unit here: Panasonic ag-hpg20.
Because someone has gained experience? Kann problems of compatibility with the EX1 give? Find the web not so much about it.

As you lie on her price, but not synonymous better. With $ 4,500. Unless you get a really good price somewhere.
But relating to: Good device, we have been in use as AVC-I still had to be carried on board exteren at the cameras. You will, however, a P2 workflow. We have the alternative of it to ext. to play hard drive, not used. But this was synonymous only good for backup and playback, as far as I can remember.
Also, we have never done so psF, which would be necessary in the EX1, for there is no SDI from the interlaced format. It probably comes out an interlaced stream, but is packed segmented frame, which can be turned off when playing off unconditionally (synonymous with Nanao-Flash), otherwise you'll have work to do in the post get :-))
So: good equipment, not cheaper. In psF I do not know. And of course you have no MPEG2 codec on it (who is on it, they will miss, I do not).
