I'm sorry you again with a question bother:
I would like to blur parts of the image, so that only part of the image (pretty much the middle) remains sharp.

just not the picture as to where everything is blurred, but the center remains sharp.
vllt. It is so synonymous possible that may resort with adobe premiere ... the main thing you need not explain much and it works fast;)
One more question: (I used to have effect as always found in adobe premiere, now I have no idea where that is ... at AE I find something like not synonymous):
I would like the cut of between two images of bright flashes ... so the transition of one to the other picture just once white, and then re-building ...

I get the point but not.
If I have to track one my film, which mask I put on spur2? or what pattern I use, and may resort to the blurred effect of the synonymous .... only in the outer area??

if it may be very cheap, on track 1 and 2 the same footage, apply Effect circle on 2, alpha blend mode to set the blur to 1. That's it, without any mask.
Who has more time to make the elegant, created in the Titler a radial gradient that is the blurlayer submit at the three Spur1 and the footage,
the trace mask comes on 2 in which the title is.
The uncertainty we get out of the compound blur (Blur Ebenenübergr.) of the track as blurlayer 2 is replaced.
thus achieved is a dynamically growing to the edge blur, with no AE, without witchcraft.
