So I have a JVC GR-D370 and I use a laptop with vista.
Problemm That is when I connect the camera s.laptop he recognizes it but it shows them nowhere s.Arbeitsplatzt or so, then yes this car comes with windows import video import, I say yes ok. Seeking out where and with what name he should save. Then he rewinds the tape back and if he starts the band about 1 second then cut off the connection s.and he says they please check the cable is connected correctly. Is this normal? I have the laptop re-made which means new windows. when was the first time then I stopped and did not go to anymore. Before the new Windows was to make the same problemm. PLEASE HELP ME. Thanks ahead.

Have just installed new windows and again the same problem.
