Unfortunately, I cut a music video in Final Cut 7 with an MP3 soundtrack, which subsequently can now reprocess any more, because each such post boils in Logic Studio that then when re-creating the edited tracks Picture and sound are not synchronously.

On a Windows system, it would convert the MP3 soundtrack to WAVE. MP3 is - especially if VBR is used - not very well schneindbar.
On the Mac ... tja ... AIFF?

Exactly. And if Aiff, then equal to 48 KHz s.besten, not 44.1. They convert Quicktime can be taken, which goes very fast.
