Infoseite // Problems with PAL widescreen render in Sony Vegas 8.0

Frage von DJOJ:

Hello, Slashcam members!
I have the following problem!
I recently had a very long video project s.einem cut and am now finally finished with "ColorCorrection" etc.
When you render in PAL widescreen "is the picture with a lot of color and covered with reddish, netürlich not what I want!
So I thought, then I'll render "Uncompressed"!
In "Uncompressed" is the quality as I have wanted to, but not "widescreen"!
I have the synonymous Pixel Aspect Ratio to 1.42, and it still renders in 4:3!
Project settings are synonymous all set to widescreen!

What must I do to the quality to retain and to render in 16:9?
I thank you in advance for your effort to help me!

MfG.

Did you have the s.Computermonitor Color corrected (!) And then the result s.Television assessed or video monitor, as the color became apparent? - That would be completely normal (see synonymous video recordings s.Computermonitor not look good). Or was there just a bad codec in the game (what?)?

Renders it really 4:3 (probably even 5:4), or does the program reflect only the PAR-indication (PAR = Pixel Aspect Ration)?

Learn More:
4:3 (or 16:9) or 5:4?

This depends on the targeted distribution from: If the result on a DVD? Or is there a video for the Internet to be? ...?

Hello!
Herzlchen Vielen Dank!
That should be all on one DVD!
I have now found out how I get the desired result!
I have mt 4:3 rendered the bar and with the codec HuffYUV!
But when I create a DVD, changed the program exaggerated the colors to red (or color will be more ambitious!)

On the pictures I do not necessarily an increase in the color of red or special shares. This looks to me after a typical codec problem, which affects the brightness. Bright picture content is cut and lose s.Zeichnung.

This suggests that s.irgend a point in the processing chain of bad codec in the game was. This can already when capturing the video have been the case, or synonymous with the choice of project settings.

In the video area, the brightness values 16-235 and used a DV codec white is usually synonymous. On the other hand, computer is the brightness range 0-255 possible. If a codec with a video store and 0-255 in MPEG2 compression then all under 16 and over 235 will be cut off, then it is to this effect.

16:9 have to want everything and then letterbox (4:3) to render is not necessarily that which is generally in "maintaining the quality of work". The 16:9 picture is so much smaller and thus loses s.Resolution.

In Sony Vegas Movie Studio 8 is a plug-in "Broadcast Colors", which could possibly match the brightness values briefcases. Attempt would be worth it ...

So basically I could be a problem in recent years in Vegas is not observed.

To help you, you would have the following information in detail is necessary:

- With the camcorder was filmed here? Is it an HDV to AVCHD or a DV camcorder?

- How accurate are the project settings?

- How accurate are the rendering settings? To welchesm codec / with the (modified) templates has been rendered?

Vegas supports incidentally 0. .255 consistently, both when rendering some with DV, as synonymous in the output-to mpeg2 widescreen. Without the (available) specific filter is not as cut, unless there are actually elected unfavorable external codecs are used.

We need times to really all the settings, we can help you make sense.

Also needed are the settings in DVDA, or with templates wlechesn there has been worked. The difference in the image dimensions - not the colors (!) - Have already pointed out that this is not the correct settings have been used, but that in DVDA offebar again umrerendert been.
