Obviously, this das right mouse button on the clip and the "speed" simply a forward Cons (- 100%).

Have another question: Can a sound file of a clip synonymous separately in the timeline to insert, without video.

Sure - just the clip in a pure audio track drag;)
Or you put the clip into a VA track, disconnect the linkage (Alt + Y) and remove the video portion.
