all respond in good faith and know some:

1st frame rate: 23.976 p and 24p
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blu-ray_Disc#Codecs)

2nd probably H.264 (mpeg4) has become widespread in consumer s.meisten, but pros are using mpeg2 synonymous.
VC-1 ... well, am not a fan of ms

3rd unkmprimiert. s.besten Sun rausknallen cut from the program as it is inside. (With timeline export-settings) and the whole back up to 2 external hard drives mirrored and - if you like - take a copy on ne BD.
[The cut quality is always ... not improve.]

Yes I have thought of me soon, if I so with bluray-disc.de suss that use most of BD's MPEG 4 and VC-1.
I like VC-1 optical but not synonymous Sun

The downside for me is only because I work with Sony Vegas Pro 9, I have no good ways to spend the whole in MPEG 4 / H.264.
