Frage von DerHendrik:

Hi,
I want to grow in the coming period, I already have a camcorder and explored with a view to SonyHC-90. However, I have a few questions and hope that you can help me.

1.
I've looked at the camera in the store and it has a button with which you can switch of 16:9 to 4:3 mode. Now I ask myself whether both modes have a good image quality and whether it is in the 16:9 mode is a real or just put black bars around the picture.

2.
Is it easy to edit pictures?
I've heard that there are problems with the SonyDVD camcorders so I would like to know whether these problems synonymous with the MiniDV devices are available.

3.
Connection via Firewire
I want to transfer the captured via Firewire to your PC and have seen that it is of SonyI Link Cable to connect you have to use such a simple cable or Firewire cable is sufficient.

4.
I have on my board from ihrgenteinen reason, no Firewire, but it saw the aftermarket PCI cards there. Can I or should I just buy a completely new motherboard manufactures soeine?

I hope that my question is understandable and that you can help me

Greeting

Ausprobieren If the angle of view horizontally and vertically next remains the same, then no bars are drumgelegt. I think that the HC has 90 "true" 16:9.

MiniDV is currently the most s.besten machinable material. Required careful handling of your camcorder and decent tapes, so you'll have years of enjoyment.

SonyI link = Firewire = IEEE 1394.
You can use a single FireWire cable. Note: The camera certainly has a 4-pin port, most motherboards have PCI cards or 6-pin. The same cable now!

You purchase a separate PCI card. Costs about 20 ¬ and then usually two ports on it. Always enough.

Hi Hendrick,

Yes, the HC 90 is at 16 / 9 a few more degrees wide, so a reel 16 / 9 mode.
Since Sony's s.HC 39 submit a 16 / 9 LCD's have used gibts since no bars, except turn it on 4 / 3 will have the right and left of the black bars seen.
Other companies have 4 / 3 LCD and above the bottom bar and still more wide Anglezb. Canon MV 800th

Theoretically, it would be possible with the HC 90 dub the film in the best quality, it is USB 2.0 full transfer capability. Since this is usually only with the original program (provided is very thin), I would still buy a firewire card as described.

So, the USB Video bennutze dubbing with the HC 90 only in an emergency, because you usually have to do double work - Dubbing Sony program zb - Edit. Magix, Studio 10, the element ...
