I use the program for years Pinnacle Commotion Pro 4th
So far there have been no problems.
The program requires an installed Quicktime.
For various reasons I wanted to now of Quicktime Quicktime alternative to change and have it installed.
Unfortunately, Commotion but it does not cooperate.
So I uninstalled Quicktime Alternative and then again the normal re-installed Quicktime.
Nevertheless Commotion will not start. There is the message "This program requires Quicktime 4 or later" and then it quits.
Somehow has Quicktime alternative left or what have always synonymous ....... * * grübel
Has someone an idea?

Open registry (Start-Run-Regedit), then the branch
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE
search. Below there is a "folder" which is either "Quicktime Alternative" is or the name of the manufacturer to pay (then the "QA" folder content below).
The complete QA branch can then be gone.
Note: In the registry you need to know what you're doing. An UNDO does not exist, changes are effective immediately.
