Hello,
I have a big problem, because my DVD player spins!
The display is "hello" since nothing works! I can press every head, even the disc tray does not open more, nothing works anymore. Neither control nor remotely by pressing a button!
CAN ANY HELP ME! WHAT DO I DO!
I would be happy if I can help one.

Just pull the time from the socket (, 5 minutes) and then plug it in again. Maybe it will help.

If by chance a self-burned DVD in the player?
I once had a second-rate-burned DVD in my DVD recorder and has a strike then synonymous. As no warm-and cold-start everything helped, I screwed the unit on and operated out of the DVD manual. Since then everything went back, but the DVD was flying in the trash.
The new DVD recorder has a function for DVD of this kind: the emergency eject! - Panasonic has learned. ;-)
