Infoseite // Several titles in Avid simultaneously change

I voted for an approximately 120 Dokfilm subtitles with the Title tool and agespeichert.
Unfortunately, now I noticed that the text frame with some bright pictures, unfortunately, hard to read.

How can I get to all 120 sub-frame to apply a thicker or a larger font WITHOUT them all individually to edit and re-inserted?

I'm using Avid Xpress Pro HD 5.7.2
