Frage von stefan-do:

Hello,

I have currently SonyF828 and the SonyDCR-PC110e (MinDV) and would like to replace both. Mich nervt all before I leave in 2 devices with rumschleppen needs, and therefore is my reflection my SonyDCR-SR290E zuzulegen.
What irritates me now is that Sony still recording with 6 million pixels indicates, but in the technical data says:
Image Converter: Size 1 / 3, 0 ClearVid CMOS Sensor
Gross number of pixels (in thousands) 3200
Image Size: max.1 mode 2848 x 1602 (4.6 M), 4:3 mode, 2848 x 2136 (6.1 M)

Did someone hire a previous model and can give me what the quality of the photos say?

Gruß Stefan

In this case, the picture is subsequently inflated before it is stored. Would not the first / only camcorder, which makes it to a supposedly better-resolution digital photos to be delivered.

With such handicaps must be at Eierlegende Wollmilchsäuen live.

Since I am Mark's his opinion, I want to permanently customers a perfect double device. That is unfortunately not.

Your 828 has a 2 / 3 "CCD, because the SR 290 is completely set, for the photos.

Pixel Shift Sonynutz often for the simple "doubling" of the resolution, which, strictly speaking, synonymous not 100% correct. Yes this picture looks better than a 3 million picture, but actually not like a pure with 6 mio.

For video, the PC 110 vs SR 290, SR 290 is a enhanced SR 90th As far as I know, the SR 290 eh only in Germany March / April augeliefert because there is still a bit of time.

Actually they are very fundamentally different when one considers the image quality (which can actually still None), it should give about a draw in even a light slumber Pros for the older PC 110th I've got with the PC 120 followers often filmed, which I believe has the better pictures than many current 900 ¬ camcorder made. It will not stop everything better, Sony had previously almost always:

- A 3.5 mm jack microphone input
- A Headphone output
- An S-video connector (as it is now without an expensive cables to buy)
- A good finder
- Lanc control jack, etc.
- A neutral shoe accessory
- No special batteries, such as the FH 60 (SR 290) where the first time outside with security not go

The thing looks very different today, synonymous with the 290th SR

The Wide Anglespricht for SR 290, 40 mm is acceptable, I think PC 110 / 120 have approximately 47 to 48 mm is not so great without Converter indoors.

The SR 290 is yes to HDD or Memory Stick Pro Duo on what SR 90 was not yet (only hard drive). The advantage of the hard drive models would be like the scene quickly access the data, the fast PC transfer (about 10 min to 60 min for 1h film (PC 110)), you drive noises are synonymous strange, the movie about 9 hours at best quality on the plate.

On the other hand, would be the worse choice for the SW SR 290, it is just a simple program to trim. For SW you better take good care with the compressed format (MPEG 2 & MPEG 1 movie sound).
That is not like the PC 110 where pretty much every SW works.

The hard drive is synonymous very vulnerable to shocks if they grade writes the camera and the moment something is grossly touched, it can go into the eye synonymous, despite the event sensor. MiniDV is synonymous relatively higher image quality to offer, although the MPEG-2 cameras already have caught up.

Nett is the SR 290 has an optical stabilizer, which is in Sonyeigentlich in the price range expected. Even the surround sound is interesting.

The old SR 90 have been quite good of the majority of magazines rated.

There are times now but not the complete camera, s.Nähensten in video cameras (with Still Image) comes for me, the Canon MVX 4i, Sanyo HD 1 & 2, with the camera in video has many functions, possibly ex V 7 Casio, Panasonic TZ 1, Canon G 7 or your Sony828 or R 1 + Fuji Finpix F 30 (photo at a higher rating)
