Comparing the specifications would be a start if you are interested in one of the cameras:
AX2000
-No GPS
- No possibility to join the Flash Player
- No HDSDI Out
- Reduced opportunities in the color settings
- Apparently reduced sound setting
- Only compressed audio recording ... which makes NX5 synonymous uncompressed wav ...
According to an employee of a Hamburg-based company is different, the smaller but generally synonymous in the internal image processing.
However, I leave it without comment and may confirm or refute ... Therefore: Subject to correction.

AVCHD 1280 x 720/50p
AVCHD 1280 x 720/25p
