Hi,
I let my Sonyvx fall 1000 and here is the whole cassette fold and can be bent close possible more. The video heads seem to be in order.
What can I do?

I thought about my bid for another defective Sonyvx 1000 to and then change the tray easily. Is this feasible or too costly?

That is feasible, already. Suitable torque application, patience, a steady hand, technical understanding, and possibly one or other measuring device provided.

If you fully fulfill all these requirements, you can replace the cartridge guide.
