What is the best option Still image from a DVD (MPEG2) to export? Does it make sense to the whole recoding / rip (freeware?), Then import into premiere and then a stop to image export?
Or can the same as synonymous VLC Player, PowerDVD, etc. get it? Does the quality of her play a role?
And if 2nd Variation: If it makes sense to export 2 frames (for fields) and in Photoshop to deinterlace?

If you deinterlace need / want, and then only when panning / movement.
