The sensor is almost always covered. But that is not bad: with sun visors Overfunding you will only get the
IAF sensor. The normal AF sits behind the lens, which is
never obscured. The HV20 auto detects if the IAF is hidden and switch to AF. This is just a slower, but fast. Hats of any other disadvantages.
