Infoseite // TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress aspect ratio in the preview is not true

Frage von Kosta.kk:

Hello s.alle,

hab ein Problem with Aspect Ratio in TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress.
No matter what I RESTRICT it does not have about three hours looking in different forums but it seems that nobody have the same problem I have.
So I read a disc, then I cut the bars with picture crop, then resize with picture -> Fullscreen (no margin). Everything looks great when I go to the preview in the last step is the picture is not as wide as the average window, ie the aspect ratio is not true. It should be much wider. Please help.

Hello,
therefore I came to the decision of the program is absolute rubbish because it is not possible to set aspect ratio and a reasonable format sommit s.Television to achieve.
Will work again with VirtualDub.

What do the do?

Which format?

Will from DVD Divx / Xvid avi s or what?
And why do you want because what cutting / Crop?
And do you want to say, from 16:9 - 4:3 or 5:4 it?
To what NEN TV is the?

Hello DeKid B.,

endlich mal ne answer. I want to do nothing exceptional. If I for example of a movie DVD into xvid convert the beams will have to cut away so I, and wrote a xvid on the plate. In Television (eg 4:3) should be the Picture of the movie appears in the middle (xvid DVD player). Also aspect ratio to 16:9 or 16:7 set. If no problems with VirtualDub or irgendeiene other freeware. With TMPGEnc Xpress can I set what I want (there are only two possibilities, one in the first window and the other in the filters) in television (4:3) is always so full picture drawn above and below without bars. Other movies that I converted with VirtualDub have no preference which format and size are in each Television correctly.

Gude

Bzgl. XPress to TMPEGenc I can not help you.

I use when something is present in Freewear PROGIS be cases

RipIt4Me (DVD Decrypter + DVD Shrink)
FreeDVD
DVD2AVI
Nandub

Done is the DVD as a backup as Xvid in a 2 channel sound
I never change the format or aspect ratio.

TMPEGenc could then for example, to create a VCD / SVCD / M - (S) VCD excuse.

The XPress TMPEGenc what appeared to be synonymous but some things you can not change, I can only partially understand.
Is it not because the settings change XVID codec, or the window / show be?

Well yes but if you come via Virtualdub clear is ok but, I think it is anyway Virtualdub PROGIS one of the hottest out there and has for years.

(Ok SUPERAntiSpyware now synonymous deserves a mention because of the workflow and the idea of the guys eRightSoft had really good is / was)

Antwort von Kosta.kk:

Hi yes,

you are right why not stay in VirtualDub, I thought a program for everything. TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress is praised as a super app, but that's a big mistake. Well what solls.

Thanks for your answers Greetings Kosta

Antwort von B.DeKid:

Jup synonymous, I think, why spend money when others can PROGIS the synonymous

I TMPEGenc years ago than it is from the beta version for sale was purchased .... there is no gabs synonymous XVID. As I said in VCD, SVCD and M (S) VCD, it is for me always the progi gewessen, but during the XVID development and becoming increasingly better quality, I use it today barely.
