Hi,
I'm looking for a way that my video files (AVCHD) of a camcorder (Canon HG10) as a thumbnail view (view large icons) in the Explorer can be displayed. (Vista 32bit)
Avi and mpeg are there so no problem. Only with the new files is holding not (yet).
In mts container are h264 (1440x1080) and ac3 streams, the latter probably more interesting for the thumbnail image should be.
After downloading videos of many of the Cam, it is impossible to recognize the files quickly. Now here the attempt, that these file types are displayed correctly. Simply, it is not, but I do not so quickly ...

've Finally found a solution!
Creates a file for example miniaturansicht_m2ts.reg and add the following lines:
[code: 1:2930 f7e06d] Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

Hello
Just as suggested, the file in one of my video folder and then double click tries to install. This is apparently only for import with regedit? But there has been synonymous, I rejected my file is not a Registry File ...
What is wrong here?
