At the moment I have a cheap USB grabber, the only S-video or composite inputs and has no support PAL60.
I need one, what the RGB signal (via SCART) and synonymous PAL60 support. If it is RCA inputs for audio would be good, but not necessarily his. Firewire instead of USB would be synonymous okay.
I have yet found nothing of what these requirements are met. If anyone knows such a device, I would be grateful for a link. The device must be the only required can, my calculator is fast enough to the encoding in software to make a tuner and I need not be synonymous.

I know of but unfortunately, no such box, which accepts RGB input signal, and not synonymous, the PAL60 accepted. The cheaper units only have composite and Y / C inputs, where they only PAL and NTSC truly understand. In the professional field are synonymous YUV components, but it helps nothing if not a YUV video outputs.
RGB capability would already be sufficient, because the RGB signal is not between NTSC and PAL60 may differ. Maybe this helps you in the search.
