I have Momental TV Win TV card of PRO 150, if only in film Obekte move very quickly, I get delayed s.Picture line.

I've been here for something,

Normal way I've been shooting a couple of VHS to DVD gebrant.
The Picture is OK, until the objects, for example in film nciht quick start to move.
Then s.Kante dise object I get like small patrol / delay.

The simplest possible way VHS to DVD to get, would certainly be a DVD recorder. So without a PC.
The small strip s.den edges of moving objects will show you that it is interlaced material. And that's good. Burn it onto a DVD and see it yourself s.Television, which strips are disappeared. This is a kind of problem s.deinem computer screen.

what is it for Effect? Block artifacts. If you are not too long a time recording / low data rate (for single-layer DVDs are two hours / 5 Mbps limit)'ve chosen, it's s.DVD recorder or MPEG encoder in the PC.

that was a Picture of Broadcast TV Recording.
So what starts practically s.sofort when I start broadcasting of TV Recording to hard drive make, then this effect goes away and goes back to back away and.sw.
And in setting TV card I have quality - DVD Standard Play - made.

Trial but receives the better quality, if possible, set (if it exists).
Is the picture that you see on your monitor because without Contact us OK?
